Within the Group, you will join the Group Investment Department

Within this Department, you will be part of the PI2 team.

The PI2 team collaborate with various suppliers (PBRC, RM, asset managers, rating agencies, Group IT, etc.) and clients (Group and local, finance, investment, risk, compliance, etc.).

The main challenges are:

• To manage the complexity of huge numbers of complex investments, with new type of investments coming frequently, o to keep up to date with latest IT developments (cloud-based tools, AI, etc.)
• To manage the multiple stakeholders which interests may not be aligned
• To have the solidity of a robust process under the scrutiny of various internal controls and the agility to adapt rapidly to market crisis or other circumstances.

Detailed missions and responsibilities:

Provide the Group Investment professionals and other stakeholders with cutting-edge information systems fed by quality data to monitor the investments.

• Group Investment Committee
• GIA Senior Management
• Center of Expertise
• Investor Relations
• Local Operating Units (Investment / Allocation Teams)

Key accountabilities :

1. PI2 Technical Platform management

• Contribute to the PI2 Infrastructure evolution o Include new functionalities for business needs (full entity onboarding, data market place…)
• Collaborate with all IT experts within the Group (AXA GO, GIE DSI, Legal, Security)
• Ensure that the documentation is up to date and reliable
• Participate on the trainning on PI2 Community (Local Operating Units)

2. Monthly production

• Produce reliable, structured and timely monthly reports (including quantitative, qualitative et commented analyses)
• Ensure the review of the overall data quality and implement necessary controls for their review
• Regular update of the report instructions and specifications
• Interact and support other department teams e.g. Group Credit Team (GCT), Asset Liability Management Team (ALM), Group Investment Solutions (GIS), Group Risk Management (GRM), Investor Relations, Accounting (PBRC) and local entities
• Manage daily data flows from various providers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Skills and experience:

Technical knowledge:

·  Excellent knowledge of SQL
·  Knowledge of Azure (DevOps, Data Factory, Azure Storage Explorer, Databricks) is a plus o Knowledge of a data visualization HMI (Spotfire, Tableau, ClickView)
·  Good knowledge of financial markets / financial instruments and valuation is a plus
·  Knowledge of R, Python
·  Fluent English

Various skills:

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
·  Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and follow-through
·  Ability to manage a data scientists’ team
·  Ability to coordinate projects with different skills (investments, IT, accounting)

Experience:

·  2 to 5 years' experience, with a background in:
·  Mathematics, Statistics, Data, Data science
·  Finance, Economics or Accounting
