Job description



Business Support and Intelligence Unit (BSID) is responsible for performance monitoring within the Group. Its objective is to coordinate a regular dialogue with the entities in order to deliver to the Group Management Committee of AXA information on the financial, operational and strategic performance of the entities.

BSID is also leading the Group Customer Satisfaction survey. The AXA Group set very ambitious objectives in terms of customer satisfaction. This ambition is closely watched by all the Group and entities' governance (Board of Directors, Management Committee, local ExComs) and relies on a Group centralized survey (NPS) lead by the BSID team (which is also in charge of the financial planning of the Group and the monitoring of entities' operational performance)

Role and Responsibilities :

We are looking for our next project manager who will be notably in charge of:

·
Monitoring the right execution of the survey with our local provider;

·
Being the point of contact for local CMOs / heads of customer satisfactions (sharing the results, discussing diagnosis, challenging action plans);

·
Preparing the key milestones (ex. with the Management Committee, the Group Board of Directors);

·
Delivering high value analyses to support local teams in their action plans;

·
Improving the methodology and expanding the geographical scope of the Survey;

As part of the finance team, the project manager will also be involved in the financial processes (e.g., Monthly business reviews, forecast and financial planning).

Qualifications :

The candidate is expected to demonstrate solid business acumen. He/She should have a strong financial background but also have the capacity to understand and challenge the strategy of the entities, explore new business opportunities and contribute to improving the performance of the entities.

Technical and Professional Skills :
·  Good understanding of the insurance industry (Life, Protection, Health P&C, assets & liabilities, reinsurance)
·  Good understanding of finance and reporting principles, notably accounting and consolidation principles / standards and actuarial practices
·  Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
·  Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
·  Fluent in English

·  Ability to a work in a multicultural environment with people with diverse backgrounds and cultures
·  Ability to organize effectively and work under pressure, remaining effective at all times whilst maintaining excellent attention to quality
Background and Experience :
·  Ability to organize, analyze and summarize
·  Ability to present in a synthetic and clear way the work results
