Job description

Mission: As part of the Randstad Global IT entity, the SOC activity is managed by an offshore team located in Bangalore, India. This team offers the SOC capability as a global service to different RANDSTAD entities worldwide. In this setting, we search a Project Manager & SOC Technical Leader (H/F). Your Goals will be : • To pilot the standardization and improvement of existing SOC infrastructure with editor support. • To optimize incident detection & response capabilities • To streamline applications and infrastructures on-boarding process • To coordinate Red Team and SOC activities • To integrate new applications & infrastructures into the SOC capabilities portfolio • To implement a knowledge management process and to train the SOC team You’ll daily : • Exchange with different stakeholders from different entities and technical levels • Work in an international environment and varied technologies • Face new challenges and constantly evolving threats against Randstad IT systems Profile: You have 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity (defensive or offensive) with a proved knowledge in SOC & SPLUNK environments (associated certifications appreciated) and you possess general systems & network administration and cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST,…) knowledge. AWS and SDWAN knowledge will be helpful. Antivirus Solutions management experiences would be appreciated (TrendMicro is a bonus). Beyond technical skills, the position requires English proficiency (both oral and written). You should be motivated by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and present excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
