Project description:

As hands-on roll-out coordinator you will be responsible for the planning and the implementation of hard-and software projects, mainly for Large customers (Eg. Makro, Inditex, ...).

·  You manage and supervise hardware-projects, like eg. Roll-out of new hardware (swap and/or upgrade of payment terminals) .

You put closed sales contracts with merchant headquarters (IT- and facility managers, CFO,...) or Telco’s into practice and discusses on the planning, piloting, creates the roll-out files accordance with the agreements and agreed prices. You will discuss and follow the progress of internal (and if needed external) teams (Customer delivery-team, Field Services, installation-team, Software tele-load team, migration-team, forecast-team …) .

·  You manage and supervise the deployment of new software (via remote tele-load) together with key-customers and the WL IT-team(s).
·  On top you will be responsible for the planning and the launch of new acquiring services (Smartpay, …) and value added services on existing and new payment terminals.

For the Supply Chain-part of this function, you will closely work together with our international field- and logistic partners, supply chain, IT PM’s, the repair-centre, sales. Your mission is to follow and optimize the supply-chain deliveries of the payment terminals (RMA’s Ordered material, accessories) to and from our partners on-time. With an eye for quality, stock-management and optimization.

·  Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude
·  Responsible for the concretization of signed frame-work agreements with large customers into concrete validated plans, result-and solution driven
·  Able to take WL- and customer requirements fully into account when making proposals and/or carrying out the plans
·  Able to communicate with all kind of stakeholders (internal, external, management, technical, sales, supply chain, repair-team,…),
·  Able to analyse and respond in-time to questions from customers on roll-out-or supply related questions
·  Eye for detail
·  Strong in administration and planning activities, well organized but flexible
·  Focus on related pricing-and timing aspects of the rollout or supply
·  Reporting on progress, incidents and issues and mitigation  
·  Take into account the available capacity (on resource-level, forecast-level, …)
·  Optimizing existing processes where possible (Lean-spirit)
·  SAP/Oracle knowledge is an asset as well as knowledge of reporting IT-tools (WebFocus, Business Objects…).

·  Contact with external customers, partners & internal and external delivery teams, supply, repair centre, field and logistics and sales

Skills:

 - PMO profile (GCM-category: 3 - Junior )

- Language: Trilingual (Spoken and written)

- Demonstrates leadership in the job

- Takes initiative to secure the implementation of the roll-out or the delivery on-time

- Accurate and excellent planning skills

- Demonstrate effective communication, both orally and in writing with colleagues, clients and customers at all levels

- MS Office:, Excellent knowledge of Excel and  good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is a must

- Customer-oriented mind-set

- Technical insight

- Affinity with electronic payment business and/or 2 - 4 year experience in roll-outs and/or supply is an advantage

- Knowledge of Webfocus and/or Access DB is preferred. VBA-basics is nice to have to ease reporting and to facilitate the follow-up

- Problem solving, pro-active, pragmatic, analytical and very punctual

- Focus on what has been agreed or need to be delivered (Timing, New pricing, Execution and quality and sometimes quick changing context)

- Good negotiation skills
