As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate the core of recruitment services within the Atos organization. Dedicatedly using a blend of market information and intelligence from our hiring and recruiting partners, you will source, screen and pre-select the best applicants and cooperate closely with business leaders and on-site recruiters on a final candidate shortlist.

Responsibilities:

·  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance;
·  Build up effective working relationships with various remote Hiring Managers across the EMEA region;
·  Advise managers on the hiring process and develop a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates;
·  Identify key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of labor market, competition and external talent
·  Build and maintain effective networks to improve visibility and attract top quality candidates from the IT space;
·  Improve the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs;

 

Signs of success:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a rich combination of sourcing experience, validated skills and personal attributes in hiring and candidate handling, having demonstrable experience inside of a recruitment or HR environment,dealing with some of the following: writing job descriptions and specifications, sourcing techniques, CV and candidate management, pre-selection and applicant assessments, and data management.

 

Skills you can’t do without:

·  Have a real passion for recruiting and thirst to learn more about the evolving talent acquisitions channels
·  Knowledgeable and an expert for operational recruitment tooling
·  Able and eager to work closely together with hiring managers and local recruitment partners
·  Proficient in English and/or French/ Italian/German/ Polish/ Spanish/ Dutch or Arabic
