1.    Primary Support for NAO E-SOs including but not limited to the following:  
•    Management of NAO E-SOs including but not limited to setup support, facilitation of renewals and closures where applicable. 
•    End User support for how to support as well as permission administration for NAO users who require adds, moves, changes and deletions as resource requirements.
•    Governance to ensure all NAO agreements comply with Atos AP33/AP34 Requirements  
•    Maintenance of Signatory matrix for NAO including regular audits against current NAO DOA list, obtaining approval for changes when required and facilitation of changes to pending and draft agreements when required to accommodate changes
2.    NAO Account Service Order creation and administration outside of E-SO using Annex 1: Form of a Service Order. This format is used for all Non IDM GDC scope.
3.    Support for Intercompany Billing processes when required post ISA execution to ensure revenue can be recognized where applicable as per the scope of the agreements. 
4.    Process document creation, maintenance and organization for Contract Administration processes
Administration of SharePoint lists and forms used to support CA request management process including but not limited to the Entity Lists that feed the CA request form.
