Location:

Shift:
Monday – Friday/ EU hours beginning GMT+2 day shift with potential holidays and weekends required

Core Responsibilities:
•    Develop and Maintain schedule
•    Tracking changes and implementing them
•    Creating and maintaining Risk Register and Issue Register
•    Managing incidents and problems and taking corrective actions to resolve them
•    Following up on quality documentation reviews
•    Supporting Quality Gates and Tailoring Documents
•    Arranging/Scheduling meetings
•    Creating Minutes of Meetings
•    Supporting activities required by the leadership
•    Document management, preparing reports 
•    Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
•    Assisting in the development, documentation and/or validation of departmental workflows and/or procedures as assigned by leadership.
•    Validating, running and/or monitoring Asset Management reports to define scope of replacement activity 
•    Time verification
•    Submitting resource request
Minimum Requirements: 
•    Associate Degree in Business or IT
•    Experience in corporate environment
•    Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level);  
•    Fluent with Excel and MS project 
•    Attention to details
•    Ability to carry out several tasks at the same time
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Bachelors Degree in Business or IT Mgmt
•    CAPM 
•    Excellent social, interpersonal skills and presentation skills, ability to effectively manage relationship with stakeholders using remote tools
•    Willingness to work in a dynamic project environment
•    Quick-learning skills
•    Independent 
•    Self-directed
