Your responsibilities

The Atos Consulting team supports our clients from the industrial sector in identifying and successfully implementing the potential of digital transformation. Your consulting focuses on the following aspects

·  Design, development and rollout of customer experience and service processes, programs and platforms 
·  Introduction of apps, methods and complete end-2-end solution concepts to improve selected customer interactions within the Customer Journey in e-commerce 
·  Proof-of-concept, design and implementation of CRM projects from a consulting perspective with focus on Salesforce.com, Microsoft 365 and Oracle Sales Cloud
·  Implementation of Customer Experience Laboratories based on agile methods and digital technologies to improve the user experience of digital applications within an organization.
·  Implementation of communication and digital transformation strategies in cooperation with our Culture Change Team

 

In these areas, you will conduct analyses and creative workshops based on specifications with the responsible consultant, identify optimization potential and accompany the implementation of consulting modules in the conception and implementation phase. You will support the creation of offers and customer presentations in the acquisition and project phase as well as the further development of Atos Consulting consulting elements and methods. 

 

You will work together in the consulting team to create professional solutions and decision templates on how companies can successfully use digitization for themselves. You will analyze and conceptualize digital organizational structures, mechanisms for standardizing and automating relevant business processes, IT application landscapes, data models, and processes from code development to the productive deployment of new functionalities. You will accompany cultural change in your roles as Agile Coach and Scrum Master.

Establishing and maintaining a relationship of trust with customers based on partnership with the aim of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty, as well as the generation of follow-up projects round off your area of responsibility. 

 

Requirements

In addition to a degree in economics, business informatics or a similar field of study, you have acquired initial knowledge of some aspects of the range of tasks listed during internships.

You are fluent in German and English; further foreign languages and experience abroad are advantageous. Strategic work, analytical ability, result orientation and a high degree of customer orientation are just as characteristic for you as the ability to work in a team, motivation and enthusiasm. For you, travelling as a consultant is a matter of course.
