·   Monitoring and troubleshooting the customer’s infrastructure;
·  Ticketing system knowledge;
·  Creating reports;
·  Work instructions/procedure know-how;
·  Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
·   SQL Development – basic ability to write and solve SQL Code and design (functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints);
·  Basic understanding in a scripting language (like PowerShell, VBScript);
·  MSSQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) knowledge would be a plus;
·  Love the flexibility, ambitious and passionate about database;
