In the Atos Consulting team, you support organizations in identifying the potential of digital transformation and successfully implementing it.
The focus of your consultation includes the aspects
• Development of innovative digital business models and their short-term testing (Lean Startup, Digital Incubator)
• Conception of digital platforms
• Intelligent application of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, DevOps)
• Realignment of the IT Operating Model
• Enabling digitization through innovative approaches in the areas of data analytics / machine learning, cloud transition and automation.
In these topics, you will carry out analyzes and creative workshops on the basis of specifications with the responsible consultant, identify optimization potential and accompany the implementation of consulting modules in the conception and implementation phase. They assist in the preparation of offers and customer presentations in the acquisition and project phase as well as in the further development of Atos Consulting consulting elements and methods.
Together they create technical solutions and decision templates in the consultant team on how companies successfully use digitization for themselves. For this you analyze and conceptualize u.a. Digital organizational structures, mechanisms for standardizing and automating relevant tools, IT application landscapes, data models and processes from code development to the productive deployment of new functionality. The cultural change accompanies you in the roles as Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
Establishing and maintaining a partnership-based relationship of trust with customers with the goal of customer satisfaction and long-term commitment, as well as the generation of follow-up projects complete your area of responsibility.
Requirements
In addition to a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similarly oriented study program, you have acquired your first practical knowledge of partial aspects of the listed range of tasks.
You have fluent German and English skills; further foreign languages as well as international experience are an advantage. Strategic work, analytical skills, result orientation and a high degree of customer orientation are just as important for you as teamwork, motivation and enthusiasm. For you, traveling as a consultant is a matter of course.
