Location : 100% remote 

 

Are you curious about what this role implies?

·  Analyzing existing IT asset management process and implementations (Discovery and Preparation phase)
·  Creating service solution architecture and service designs for IT Asset Management processes (Implementation Plan & Project Management)
·  Coordinating service setup in the customer environment (Implementation & Testing phase)
·  Developing and Conducting ITAM Trainings
·  Advising on service solution
·  Creating technical service documentation for new services
·  Communicating the solution to customer (service demo, service offering)
·  Supporting Proof of Concept for new technologies/services

Then you should have:

·  IT architect experience – service architect or software architect
·  Knowledge of Software and Hardware Asset Management process and procedures implementation
·  Knowledge of optimization and control of software & hardware lifecycle
·  Experience in collaboration and contacts with asset vendors (software & hardware)
·  Knowledge of FlexNet Manager Suite Admin or similar product
·  Knowledge of Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Admin and Service Asset and Configuration Management
·  Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills
·  Fluent English
·  Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM technology is an advantage
·  Knowledge of Atos Workplace portfolio would be considered as an advantage
·  Knowledge of enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF, Zachman,…) is a plus
