High level description of roles & responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the effective deployment and maintenance of international mobility processes and tooling (Assignment Pro, SharePoint, Outlook etc.)
• Assist in the development of AssignmentPro, implement new, more efficient processes and act as subject matter expert for issues and functionality queries.
• As a technology lead you will do various tasks associated with the continuous maintenance and configuration of the application system. These could include security access, running reports, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting issues that are found by end users.
• Act as point of liaison between the Global Mobility team and Global IT as well as having a privileged relationship with Mercer and Equus to ensure the software is optimized to meet the needs of the busines
Responsibilities:
• Ensure software is configured to align with the goals of the global mobility team, and become ‘go to’ point of contact for functionality and process questions
• Report on the internal use of the system, and identify any issues or need for further training and deliver training
• IT SPOC for International Mobility and IM stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement of processes or configuration changes by working closely with end-users within the global mobility team
• Identify improvements to be implemented and present these to the international mobility team
• Collaborating and liaising with external vendors
• Implement and enforce data privacy processes
• Issue management, trouble shooting, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Process improvements, simplification, including identification for reducing landing times for the business
• Reporting & Data Analytics/Extracts

• Other mobility SMEs and local IMs
• Internal & external mobility vendors
