US Wide role
We are looking for a Modern Digital Workplace engineer. This is a hands-on position that will create scripting for automation chat bots, self-healing, and proactive end user computer analytics of the digital workplace experience for our customers.
The desired candidate must be a self-starter who will review existing process and create process where needed to establish a repeatable practice.
You will work to expand knowledge of services, products, and troubleshooting techniques, analyze call center and field services data, and focus on creating / improving processes to automate, shift left, eliminate or drive incidents to self-help.
Utilizing Atos existing tools, create and drive scripting of automation scripts for intelligent chat bot resolution, virtual tech bar experience, lowest cost touch resolution and proactive self-healing through end user computer analytics.
Core responsibilities are:
• Analyze data sets to determine the most impactful opportunities to improve services through self-healing, automation, predictive support, and self-help.
• Working closely with process analysts, knowledge managers, and field services, review data and script to resolve and create self-help, AI chat creation.
• In depth knowledge of scripting, remote control, pw reset tooling, end user computer analytics, zero touch install, mobile and social technologies.
• Establish, then mature a modern digital workplace practice that is repeatable and easily layered into all accounts with disparate technologies. Collaborate with other towers to ensure service delivery excellence throughout the organization.
1-3 years of experience in scripting, remote control, pw reset tooling, end user computer analytics, zero touch install, AI chat creation, mobile and social technologies.
