Lead/facilitate business and data requirements sessions.

Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications aligned with program/project goals.

Ticket Trending and Analysis using ServiceNow ITSM/PM and other modules

Expected to quickly develop an acumen and intuition for cloud-related concepts.

Assist in conducting stakeholder meetings and the submission status reports and presentations as needed

Collaborate with key IT and business stakeholders to gather and analyze needs related to solutions ensuring alignment with business strategies.

Facilitate process discovery sessions with all levels of the organization – from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and various Service Owners and Business Application Owners.

Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services.

Identify issues and risks.

Communicate, liaise and contribute to organizational change management with various departments in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved process changes – verbally and/or through written documentation.

Communicate status showing progress towards defined goals and tasks, as well as to highlight discovered opportunities and next steps on key processes.

Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy and scenarios, and test data setup.

Conduct and/or provide oversight to UAT / post go-live production validations.

Qualifications

Two (2) plus years' experience in defining and, deploying cloud technology platforms for Fortune 500 organizations.

Two (2) plus years working experience as a Business Analyst.

Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction

Excels at adapting to changing program/project needs with ability to balance multiple competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of general principles of digital platform design and architecture.

Must possess an open, trust-building and respectfully challenging demeanor with all levels in the company, resulting in goodwill, confidence, improved relationships and ongoing collaboration.

Exceptional written communication skills, including succinct and information-rich diagrams, mock-ups and presentations.

Experience with organization change management.

Experience in the design, preparation and delivery of facilitated workshops, applying a range of tools and techniques.

Strong knowledge of (not necessarily experience with) IT Infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and databases; understanding how IT applications consume them.

Must be able to work independently or in a team environment

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Three (3) plus years working experience as a Business Analyst

Three (3) plus years' experience in in defining and, deploying cloud technology platforms for Fortune 500 organizations

ITSM ServiceNow experience.

Experience with agile methodologies.

Strong experience in the use of Visio or similar tool.

Bachelors degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant field
