What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Payment Processing: Manage weekly payment cycles, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate and prompt fund disbursement
Vendor Management: Facilitate vendor communication, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate on resolving payment and procurement issues
Expense Reports: Conduct reviews and process employee expense reports while ensuring adherence to company policies and accurate reconciliation of expenses
Record keeping and Reporting: Maintain precise accounts payable records, regularly report on payment statuses and trends, and support both closing activities and finance process enhancements

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance
Proficiency in German (Minimum B2) and English (B2)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
