As a GRC Authorization Expert, your position will be :
- Regional (AMAS/APAC/EMEA) job with worldwide interactions
- Middle management and operational interlocutors from Internal Control, Business and IT
- IS/IT Scope: Specific Business domains

You are involved in the all lifecycle projects

1) Study
o Functional requirements analysis and Business Integration
- Refinement of target business process/ user journey
- Functions identification & mapping with business process/ user journey
- Business Data for sizing (number of users, volume of business transactions, ...)
o High-level Gap Analysis (including SOD compliance) against existing model
o Access rights Process enhancement (role management, enrolment and reporting)

2) Implementation
o Detailed Specification and realization coordination
o SAP GRC SOD Matrix update

3) Build to run
o User Support design & roll-out:
- Support instructions for Helpdesk
- Selfcare forms implementation onto ServiceNow ITSM
o Transition to application maintenance team (documentation, training, pair working, …)
o Coordination of the roll-out, change and communication actions

4) Run
o Perform user Support (Level 2 & 3)
o Incident management

We currently have a hugh project of digital transformation, and we need a GRC Authorization Expert

The purpose of the position :
- Business application authorization expert with a business & IT background.
- Design appropriate authorization roles to meet business needs
- Refine business needs at the appropriate detailed level for authorization development
- Work closely with authorization development teams to optimize solutions delivery, ideally in an agile mode when adequate
- Configure and maintain authorization Application security frameworks (in the SAP GRC Tool) to ensure the Business Roles segregation of duties compliance
- Define and implement procedures for day-to-day operational and administrative authorization management
- Detect data quality issues and coordinate or execute remediation plans

You have a bachelor's degree in related business field or in IT and justify 5 years of experience in similar domains

Soft skills
- Senior position, to ensure rules can be enforce
- Good communication skills

Hard skills
- Expertise on the SAP GRC solutions (configuration, configuration, etc.)
- Good general knowledge of business processes and IT
- Experience in designing business applications with a good understanding of the underlying technologies
- Experience in project management, preferably in agile
- Mastery of good practices for specification (user stories, data modeling, …) and user experience design

You speak and write fluent english
