Profil requis
The research technician will support the development of research projects in the Downstream Processes field to:- improve the performances, efficiency, & reliability of ArcelorMittal production lines
- adapt processes to the new steel products
Activating his/her knowledge and experience in different measure techniques, he/she will be in charge of performing . Immediately, he/she will be responsible for:
- the evaluation of the best measurements techniques and equipments: defining specifications, reviewing offers, managing equipment, ...
- Setting, planning and performing measurement campaigns related to downstream processes projects and analyse the results;
- Participating actively to R&D Projects with both internal and external partners
The research technician will be attached to Global R&D Taranto research center, in a multi-cultural team composed of 25 engineer and technicians. Openminded, positive, proactive, bold, animated by a strong team spirit, he/she will be willing to evolve in a challenging & international environment offered by Global R&D and ArcelorMittal Italy. Some job travel (Italy and abroad) to be forecasted (+/- 15% of the time)
