DESCRIPTION

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an enthusiastic, self-directed, data-driven Web Design & Content Producer to drive the awareness and adoption of AWS Cloud across the Americas predominantly through events and online marketing campaigns. The Web Design & Content Producer will be responsible for creating user-friendly, cutting-edge online presences for targeted audiences across campaigns and events for the Americas Field Marketing organization. This candidate should have a sound understanding of UI/UX standards as well as responsive design and will help provide technical build support across a variety of campaigns from major event demand generation, to targeted audience nurture programs. They will work to champion new, innovative ideas, while working to execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing business, and to drive significant value for customers building sophisticated, scalable applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day support and execution of digital marketing campaigns including project management, build, QA, deployment, testing, and reporting.
· Gather requirements from internal stakeholders.
· Convert design mockups to HTML (code new email templates using responsive email design).
· Create digital and print assets for use in banners, landing pages, videos, email templates & power point presentations.
· Work with brand guidelines to deliver positive user experience across our digital properties.
· Ensure consistent branding throughout all creative assets.
· Create and manage templates and style guides.
· Maintain a digital assets repository.
· Develop and executes test plans to refine messaging and drive lift.
· Design and build online advertisement banners for Search Marketing campaigns.
· Design and build info graphics and other social media assets.
· Support field marketing managers in creating assets for events.
· Work on team projects that deliver visual impact and influence to increase user engagement and conversion.
· Pulling and scripting elements to be used in dynamic email sends.
· Ability to upgrade current email templates using graphics, animation and various other features.

· Very strong attention to detail is required in order to meet our high bar for all customer-facing content and provide flawless execution
· A team player who is also able to work independently
· User-focused with a strong understanding of typography, color and layout
· Highly creative and able to think outside the box
· Experience working with Marketing Automation programs such as Marketo, Eloqua, etc
· Experience designing for mobile interfaces
· Experience with UI/UX
· Experience designing infographics
· Working knowledge of using enterprise marketing tools
· Deadline driven
· Extremely well organized and detail oriented
· Excellent communication skills
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in graphic or web design or related discipline
· 6+ years of experience designing for online and print
· Working knowledge of XHTML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Must understand cross-browser and front-end development issues.
· Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
· Ability to work on a Mac
