As a Trainer, you are responsible for the coordination and execution of training for all process path in the Fulfilment Centre, from setting New Hires up for success, to ensuring Associates have the appropriate skills to support change in the FC. The Trainer role is an exciting and dynamic role, where you can work closely with Associates and Operations Teams across all processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities
•Deliver training, observation and coaching to the EU standard
•Deliver Quality and productivity coaching
•Ensure EU training materials are kept and delivered against EU standard and provide a positive learning experience
•Regularly audit and feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery
•Manage permission requests
•Improve processes from gathering feedback and analysing data
•Support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers
•Attend meetings when required and provide information required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Training experience is preferred
· Knowledge of operations preferred

•Self-motivated and demonstrates a learning mind-set
•Well-honed communications skills, including presentation skills
•Passionate about people development and training with excellent coaching ability
•Shows a drive for improvement of learning and design processes
•Analytical and comfortable working with data, with experience using all MS packages, such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
•Able to work independently and autonomously
