We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative technical writer who thrives in dealing with ambiguity and able to independently deliver customer-facing documentation for the global logistics business. We are seeking a Technical Writer to drive the best experience for our global shipping customers. The ideal candidate has proven skill in tackling difficult and complex problem spaces or products and developing documentation that simplifies the complex and that customers will love. The technical writer will impact the customer experience by identifying customer challenges and providing inputs to improve the workflow. You are customer-obsessed and continuously work to improve the clarity, style, and organization of content based on their feedback. You will work across teams to balance the needs of customers and stakeholders and provide comprehensive solutions for customers to self-service best in class content that answers most of their questions related to how to use our technology. You think creatively to solve difficult challenges and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 3+ years relevant work experience as a Technical Writer
· Experience designing, planning, creating, editing, and delivering content
· Excellent communication (written/verbal) and stakeholder/partner management
· Strong bias for action, and ability to work independently toward stated goals
· Proficiency in MS Word
· Experience with graphics applications such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or MS Visio
· An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
