Would you like to be a central part of a recruiting team that is responsible for fueling the rapid growth of Amazon Global Logistics (AGL)? Are you a process oriented data driven recruiting/sourcing professional that loves to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges allowing for greater scalability and global impact?
The AGL Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented recruiting professional who can elevate our ability to attract the best and brightest logistics and supply chain talent across the globe.You'll apply your data analysis and process improvement skills to recommend and implement changes with senior leadership and the recruiting team.
The ideal candidate should also enjoy building out high quality talent pipelines and delivering talent market insights back to the AGL business partners to help inform our overall talent sourcing strategies. They will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, providing world-class candidate and client/account management, as well as deep negotiation, organization, verbal and written communication skills. In addition the successful candidate will have an ability to prioritize correctly, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
· Execute the AGL TA strategy to map global markets and generate candidates in desired geographies; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent.
· Maintain direct client relationships with senior leadership.
· Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on candidate status.
· Provide strategic guidance and become an adviser to executive leadership in matters related to top technical talent

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· 3+ years recruiting experience both non-tech and technical roles
· Proven SME sourcing knowledge/ability in your specific recruiting area
· 1+ years of experience breaking new markets (Client, Geo., Industry)
· 3+ years of direct experience negotiating offers of employment.
· Proven ability to manage client and partner relationships across multiple geographies and skill discplines.
