We are looking for a Qualification Associate to support the Retail Expansion with Retail Vendor Recruitment (RVR) function in Brazil. RVR's mandate is to on-board medium to small-sized vendors onto the Amazon Retail platform at scale in order to grow relevant selection for Amazon customers throughout Brazil.
In this role, you will lead and create the processes in order to provide good leads pipeline to enable selection expansion in Brazil.

The role is based in Sao Paulo (GRU10) office.
As Qualification Associate, you will:
· Provide a sufficient amount of high potential Leads to the RVR organization that provide access to products most relevant to customers
· Report on Lead Sourcing and Qualification performance to senior management
· Reviewing and creating reports, identifying trends and get to the root cause of the issues, Create data processes to identify Brands gaps and Market opportunities. Also to qualify the lead with contact information from internet.
· Work closely with management and business owners to improve efficiency and accuracy of our processes
· Drive process improvements that will enable Recruitment to scale further
· Derive actionable conclusions from performance metrics
· Closely work with RVR Brazil and Selection team.
· Closely work with teams in Mexico (RBS-Retail Business Support) and Europe (Benchmark - RVR)
· Take decisions that are reasoned, documented, and involve partnering with other internal stakeholder teams as appropriate

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Work experience / internships in any of the following areas: operations, business development, supply chain, project management, startups.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel
· SQL and VBA knowledge
· Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
· Exceptional interpersonal skis, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority.
· Fluency in Portuguese language required
