Operations Supervisor - Enfield - Sunday to Wednesday PM

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivers packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team to execute the Amazon vision. This role is a about deep diving into metrics related to out on road performance, same day as well as optimization and operation strategy. In this position you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to exceed customer expectations and make sure customer orders delivered on time at the right place, as well as be responsible for in site operations.

General Responsibilities:

-Collecting, analyzing data and generating diagrams to implement a better understanding of daily processes/metrics/performance
-Preparing daily reports (main handover, same day report etc.)
-Communicating with contractors (DSPs), Delivery Associates and customer service team, as well as partnering with leadership team
-Organising Same Day operation (manage a team of more than 20 people during peak)
-Being responsible for are area readiness and support standard work

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Experience using MS office products
· Experience in leading numerous dashboards and excel
· Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· A bold decision maker
· Flexible to work weekends and or evenings
