Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) Cross Border team is responsible for providing FBA Sellers a one stop shop for international transportation service, providing end-to-end supply chain solutions for our Customers. Amazon Global Logistics is seeking a Customer centric Operations Specialist who wants to be part of this journey as we expand our compliance related services. Successful candidates will have a keen attention to detail, a passion for compliance and brokerage operations, and high standards for governance and oversight.
Daily duties will include:
- Case management of seller onboarding.
- Guide and help sellers through onboarding processes.
- Review of compliance related documents for seller onboarding.
- Document processes and initiate SOP changes that would provide the best possible seller/customer experience.
- Cross function SLA management to drive on time performance delivery
- Co work with Amazon Global Logistics Cross Border Compliance teams on process improvements, feature development and case escalations.
- Manage daily, weekly or monthly business reporting as required.
- Additional duties assigned by leadership as compliance related services and products continue to expand.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Good communication Skill and co working with cross functional experience is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
- Excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines
