The AWS RI Operations Team is in need of a driven, analytical, and process oriented Sr. Operations Analyst to own the creation and processing of EC2 Reserved Instance purchases and migrations in a SCIF. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about managing and creating operational processes, identifying and resolving systemic issues, and has experience meeting strict SLAs with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the launch of the team in a cleared space
· Process EC2 Reserved Instance purchases, modifications, and cancellations
· Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
· Perform data entry, data management, and pricing calculations
· Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems
· Process EC2 Reserved Instance purchases, modifications, and cancellations
· Effectively communicate confidential data with a variety of stakeholders
· Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
· Meet or exceed defined SLAs
This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· 4+ years of relevant professional experience
· Business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
· Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
· Experience working a queue of requests and meeting SLAs
· Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
· Verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
· Vocally self-critical to allow for self-correction of errors
