FinOps Analyst - AP

Job description

DESCRIPTION

• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Payroll.
• Perform thorough research relating to end to end process of Accounts Payable (Purchasing, Vendor Master, Invoice Processing, Payments, Bank and Statements Reconciliation).
• Collect and analyze quantitative data.
• Handle contacts/queries from Customers/Vendors through calls & emails.
• Analyze trends and suggest process improvements.
• Communicate results to business leaders with Finance, Accounting, Operations and Business Development.
• Meet the set Scorecards.
• Perform other projects and duties as required.
• With possibility to perform also AR and Payroll depending on business need.

Working Conditions:
• Normal Office Environment
• Work in shifting schedules including night shift
• Work during Holidays as may be required by the Company
• Render overtime on critical and peak times as may be required by the Business

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Preferably with a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
· Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar role or in Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Payroll
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Flexible to work in shifts mostly at night.
• Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal. With a strong customer service focus.
• Hardworking and detail oriented. Can work under pressure.
• Holder of at least Bachelors degree in Commerce or any related courses.
• Exemplifies an attitude of being a team player.
