DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for high level of stakeholder management, team leadership, business partnering and ability to balance multiple priorities without compromising timelines or quality of work.

Top Skills

· Strong financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
· Weekly, Monthly Variance Analysis & reporting
· Designing financial reports in Excel/Cognos/Access.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong analytical and business sense.
· Ability to simplify financial processes and reports.
· Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
· Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Essbase a plus

Roles & Responsibilities
· You will be responsible to work with Regional Operation Leads/finance leadership teams and will be responsible for Planning, Analytics and Controllership.
· Communicating and driving network vision and goals for the Last Mile & Middle Mile Operations and finance team.
· Overseeing and providing analytical support for business optimization initiatives.
· Validating financial and operational results of process improvement efforts.
· Leading budgeting and forecasting efforts for the Station & Sort Center(s).
· Ensuring financial controls are in place and are followed, maintaining data integrity.
· Managing the financial close process, accounting, and results reporting.
· Participating in recruiting and evaluation of potential Station/Sort Center candidates.
· Act as the finance business partner to various site level & operational stakeholders and provide guidance on key decisions.
· Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and ensure planning deadlines are maintained.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Experience

· CA/MBA from premier business schools.
· 8+ years of related experience in a corporate environment .
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
· Expertise with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
