DESCRIPTION

Amazon Seller Services is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and smart Executive Assistant to support the India Public Policy Team reporting into the Public policy team lead. This fast-growing team is responsible for providing public policy support and activity for all Amazon entities in India.

You will be instrumental in the success and motivation of this highly energetic group. You will lead all administrative support functions including but not limited to

· Management of complex calendar(s)/scheduling
· Tracking and driving completion of key deliverables, disseminating important information to respective team managers,
· Coordinating and tracking domestic and international travel.
· Facilitating and managing logistics for key events and projects to include: onsite/offsite employee functions, team building, staff meetings, all-hands meetings, performance reviews, operational planning meetings and space allocation
· Maintaining and tracking expense reimbursements, recruiting/headcount information, organizational charts, email lists, supply ordering and assisting with new hire setups
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and organized team player, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks with autonomy. You will maintain attention to detail, a commitment to deadlines, and possess the ability to work effectively in a distinctly ambiguous environment, while displaying a flexible nature and sense of humor. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and would be an excellent program manager

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5 to 8 yrs of experience assisting executives in a fast-paced technology environment
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· Demonstrated ability of managing multiple calendars.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
· Skilled in managing group logistics, including event planning, transportation and budgeting.
· Experience with extensive scheduling and calendar management in MS Outlook
· Experience coordinating high-level meetings and events, including demonstrated experience with protocol and event management supporting elected official visits
· Strong organizational and communication skills, problem solving skills, and team-orientated philosophy.
· Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team.
· High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
· Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
