DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a high impact, high visibility management position in our international Amazon Prime Video team.
· The role will be based in our Munich offices and requires superior ownership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests. The successful candidate will display absolute integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and have the flexibility to cope with short term changes of priorities. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with good judgment, an eye for accuracy, professional integrity, and an exceptional ability to attend to details and get things done. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record for taking initiative and working independently to deliver results. The role will be an integrative part of our team located in Germany and have frequent interaction with teams and counterparts worldwide.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Management of complex calendar and scheduling
· Manage domestic and international travel
· Manage expense report coordination and submission
· Manage different administrative tasks
· Organize, execute and assist with team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, fairs)
· Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
· Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations
· Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
· Have fun at work and help others do the same

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Multiple years EA / PA experience at Director or Senior Manager level
· Exceptionally strong ownership and “can-do” / positive attitude
· Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Excellent planning and prioritization skills, requiring little guidance
· High degree of flexibility and ability to switch gears at a moment's notice; superb multi-tasker
· Excellent writing and communication skills in both German and English
· Project management experience
· Willingness to contribute, learn, and be challenged
· Software skills: Outlook (Pro), Word (Pro), Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced)
