Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world. At AWS we are driving a number of programs across our Solutions Architecture function to help the organization scale and optimize our ability to facilitate customer awareness and adoption of AWS services in support of their business objectives.
We are hiring a developer intern with a passion for building solutions on top of AWS for our Solutions Architecture Innovation Labs. You will be part of a passionate team that is developing and incubating new projects aligned with our scaling initiatives using the latest AWS technologies in serverless, machine learning, etc. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a computer science/engineering or related program. They will have some hands-on experience with designing and developing in a major programming language.
This position is based in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Currently enrolled in a Computer Science/Engineering program or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
· Experience with at least one major programming language (Java, Python, Ruby, C++, Go, NodeJS, etc) Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
· Passion for experimentation and problem-solving
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Fluency in English
