Amazon Robotics designs, manufactures and implements cutting edge technologies within fulfillment centers at the heart of Amazon's core business. We are seeking exceptional and self-motivated individuals to support rollouts of new Amazon Robotics technologies, ensuring that teams have the data they need to successfully deploy technologies to fulfillment centers worldwide.

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the AR system, use a multitude of data sources, create meaningful data visualizations, and deep dive to find actionable insights around issues and opportunities. Successful candidates will possess a blend of strong technical aptitude, a love of problem solving and investigation, excellent customer management skills, and a passion for cutting edge data visualization and reporting tools.

Job Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to support cross-functional customers and drive impactful data storytelling
· Seek out data sources and understand how different data streams and metrics impact the AR system
· Create and execute SQL scripts to connect to and manipulate a variation of data sources to support dashboards and deep dive analysis
· Report daily KPIs to product rollout teams during new technology deployments
· Present dashboards and analytics findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision making
· Manage, prioritize, and respond to requests within defined SLAs
· May become a subject matter expert in one or more AR technologies

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and 2+ years' experience delivering direct customer support or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
· Knowledge of data mining and processing using SQL
· Basic Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
· Working Experience with Tableau and building impactful dashboards and visualizations
· A strong will to get things done and deliver results
· Technical problem-solving and analytical skills
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause
· Proven ability to manage time allocated to specific customer requests
· Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
