Working Student - Operational and Business Risk Management (f/m/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting due diligence processes, risk and control assessments, control testing and operational risk event management.

What you will do

 

·  Internal Due Diligence Assessments: Conduct internal due diligence assessments to ensure compliance and best practices
·  Evaluation of External Portfolio Managers: Evaluate due diligence responses provided by external portfolio managers
·  Automation of Due Diligence Processes: Contribute to the automation of due diligence processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
·  Support Operational Risk Processes: Assist with various operational risk management tasks such as:
·  Risk and control assessments
·  Process control testing
·  Risk reporting
·  Incident management

What you bring

 

·  Bachelor (3rd semester or beyond) or Master student e.g., in mathematics, physics, computer science, business administration, economics or related
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
·  Ability to collaborate and work effectively with various departments
·  Ability to work well in an international, diverse, and highly interdisciplinary environment
·  Strong communication skills, both written and oral
·  Fluently in German and English, good skills in MS Office tools and experienced in working in international teams
·  Experience with handling of databases and related reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
·  Proficiency in English required, further languages would be highly beneficial
