JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The job consists of:
Supporting the team in daily business, e.g. preparation of regular interactions and meetings with our entities and the Group Centers including organizational aspects
Cooperation with local entities for reporting and project related issues
Identification of analytical approaches for complex subject matters
Preparation of presentations on various topics, research and trend watch
Supporting of preparation of the annual shareholders' meeting

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification:
Enrolled in a business administration, economics or mathematics degree program

Experience & Key Skills:
Preferably theoretical or practical experience within the financial service industry
Interest/Experience in strategic topics
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficient MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player, committed, reliable and trustworthy
Strong analytical and organizational skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Start and duration: 01.05.2020/ 6-24 months/ 15- 20 hours per week
