Job description

The role of Working Student is a short-term position within the Internal Audit Department intended to support the Head of Audit Operations and Head of Planning, Monitoring and Quality Assurance with the Key Responsibilities outlined below.  The main focus will be enhancement of data quality and reporting from our main operational system workflow and audit findings repository tool (TeamMate+).  The duties and qualifications are subject to adjustment based on the evolving needs of the department and organization.  This position could lead to a greater role supporting audits directly with the possibility of learning the process and functions of the auditor as a guest auditor on specific audits.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Data Enrichment and Validation of Data Quality in TeamMate+:
·  Updating Business Contacts information
·  Reopening audits to populate missing / correct old data (for example, Non-Financial Risk Management vectors in 2023 findings)
·  Putting dimensions (Legal Entity) in old findings

 

·  Supporting the Build of TeamMate+ Reports such as:
·  Reports by Non-Financial Risk Management vector
·  Reports by Legal Entity

 

·  Supporting the Upload of Data into TeamMate + such as:
·  Generic Audit Work Programs

 

·  Explore the Potential for setting up a reporting engine with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g, PowerBI) using data from TeamMate +

 

·  Writing Detailed Procedures on uses of TeamMate +

 

·  Ad Hoc Support to:
·  Head of Audit Operations and
·  Head of Planning, Monitoring and Quality Assurance

 

Qualifications:

 

·  High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree college student preferred.
·  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
·  Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
·  Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.
·  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
·  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
