JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. The role will be suited to someone with a high standard of the company's global language – English – German and French will be advantageous.

Your role will be broad, providing exposure to a range of marketing and internal communications activities using both digital and traditional approaches. You can expect to be involved in events, digital activities like mailings, the
website and internal site ‘Connect', updates to literature, preparation of internal surveys and administration linked to the marketing activities (such as budgets, presentations and reports). There are a number of interesting projects that you may be involved in, like the adoption of our intranet, expansion of our social media activity, recreation of
our website, search for innovation in campaign marketing for our properties and the development of our CRM system.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies in Communications or Economics with focus on Marketing
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent in written and spoken English and German, with French or other European languages appreciated
Team player with willingness to learn
Ability to work proactively and under time pressure
Good communication and presentation skills
