The UK Transformation Programme is the largest business transformation programme at Allianz, it's purpose to harmonize, simplify and scale Allianz assets across the entire Group to the benefit of OEs, employees and, ultimately, customers. In this role, you will collaborate with Change experts who are trusted partners in driving our business towards achieving our strategic objectives.

 

About The Role:

 

The purpose of the role is to enable data focused change by using specialised business analysis techniques and a disciplined business analysis approach. You will be supporting the Transformation Programme to articulate the need for change. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to understand requirements, gather data, conduct in-depth analysis, and deliver change, aligned with our data-led strategy, contributing to the overall success of the Transformation Programme.

 

Key Accountabilities:

· 
Work to understand the AS IS and TO BE business environment and systems landscape.

· 
Elicit, understand and define requirements to realise the data objectives of the Allianz UK Transformation Programme, translating complex data analysis into actionable insights and requirements.

· 
Assess, appropriately document and manage the impact of requirements on Data systems and process.

· 
Collaborate with cross-Programme teams to design and implement solutions that align with our data-led strategy.

· 
Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

· 
Mentor and coach other BAs to assure quality and delivery of excellence in Business Analysis in Data.

· 
Learn from previous experience and understands how benefits have been delivered by participating in post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions and knowledge share/peer reviews.

 

About You:

 

 

Skills & Experience:

· 
You'll demonstrate a passion for the BA role, will be a highly accomplsihed BA, you'll be used to working in data-oriented business analysis roles involving high-complexity deliveries.

· 
Experience and knowledge of systems lifecycle concepts used to plan, develop, implement, operate and maintain IT systems/services.

· 
An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities.

· 
Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, and explain at all levels

· 
Experience of delivery within an Agile framework, and an understanding of Programme and Project lifecycles  

· 
A demonstrable understanding of Master Data, Reference Data, Data Quality and Data Governance and the ability to apply understanding to requirements definition

· 
Competent in the use of mainstream data tools and applications and familiarity with Data Warehousing

· 
Able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance and role of Data Modelling and ability to represent data using standard modelling techniques

· 
Experience working in a Financial Services environment, particularly General Insurance is desirable, but not essential

 

 

Qualifications:

· 
A Level education or equivalent (Essential)

· 
BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent (Desirable)
