JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Allianz Ethics & Compliance team, your primary focus will be to research and recommend best practices that can be used by the department to enhance our brand and bring awareness to the Ethics & Compliance program.

You will work closely with our team to:
• Assist with the development of a communication and awareness plan for our Ethics & Compliance program.
• Create a detailed internal marketing plan to support brand awareness
• Assist with the build-out of the 2020 Ethics & Compliance training program

In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist with the planning and execution of various internal Ethics & Compliance events and communications. Examples include hosting Lunch & Learn events, drafting internal communications, creating social media content, and developing fun TV ads for use internally.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Highly creative and solutions focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to perform a variety of duties with great attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work on multiple project, and to meet aggressive deadlines
• Strong organizations skills

Key Requirements

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a B.S. or B.A. degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or similar field of study
