Internship (m/f/d) in IT & Operations Team, based in Vienna

Job Purpose/Role 

 

Allianz Holding eins is responsible for Allianz Central Europe (CE) focusing on strategic development, steering and operational improvement of the insurance, pension and asset management entities within the region. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Allianz Holding eins IT & Operations team is looking for a full-time intern or working student for 6-12 months to support the progress of important projects in IT and Security team:

 

·  IT strategy: Support the delivery of strategic project across the Central Europe Region. Support project tracking and reporting.

 

·  Information Security: Support the delivery of strategic project across the Central Europe Region. Support project tracking and reporting. Performing expert job in Allianz Holding one security projects under with support of senior colleagues.
 
·  Information Risk Management : Support of Allianz Holding eins in risks identification, mitigation and documentation in IT and Security areas.   

 

Scholarship opportunity

·  You might have the opportunity during the internship to get a two-year scholarship for your studies granted by Allianz Holding eins
·  Scholarship amount is 6.000 EUR per academic year
·  2 scholars will be selected based on their performance during the internship

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

·  University degree (for an intern) or university enrollment (for a working student) in IT or economics,
·  Fluency in English - oral and written communication skills
·  Analytical skills
·  Interpersonal skills and ability to steer a project with limited support
·  Strong personal drive and a mindset oriented to continuous improvement and excellence
·  Availability to work part time (20 hours/week)

 

Offered salary: 2.800 €/month on the full-time basis.
