Then join us now as Analyst Private Debt / Direct Lending (f/m/d) in the European Private Credit Team (EPC) in Munich, Germany.
This is a great moment to join a team of 9 Investment Professionals focused on the mid-market. Four people are currently based in Munich and five in Paris. 
EPC has raised successfully multiple funds from both Allianz entities and other institutional investors for its mid-market strategy for a total current commitment of c. 3.0bn. 

 

What you do:

•    Conduct due diligence and benchmarking in order to provide adequate risk/return analysis of potential investment
•    Prepare investment committee/credit memos including financial modelling
•    Manage internal processes with regard to investments
•    In charge of the monitoring of existing investments
•    Support the preparation of materials for investor communications whether in the context of reporting or fundraising 
 

What you bring:

•    First meaningful experience in the leveraged finance /private debt/debt advisory space
•    Understanding of credit risk (-analysis) and structuring of transactions
•    Strong modelling skills
•    Solid academic track record
•    Fluency in English and German" 
•    Eagerness to join a developing platform with an entrepreneurial spirit - solutions oriented person
•    Analytical mind with the ability to challenge e.g. views, statements, processes etc.
•    Attention to details.
