Description de la mission

On this role, you will develop and implement processes for automated Dataflow mostly in the Quality Control Lab, as well in the R & D, production and logistics for our client.

Duties and responsibilities:

·  Introduce local ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook) and SDMS (Scientific Data Management System) to local users.
·  Deliver first and Second level User Support for ELN/SDMS.
·  Responsible for the Lifecycle of the ELN/SDMS usage under Lengnau perspective. Creation of queries, reports, interface definition
·  Coordinate the interfaces mainly to SAP, LIMS, longtime storage etc.
·  Draft and approve GXP Documents in German and English.
·  Close collaboration with other BOS (Business Operation Service) Subgroups and other local and global automation Teams
·  Organize Storage and Handling of Lab raw data
Handling of deviations
·  Communicate with external partners (Suppliers, other sites)

Key Interfaces:

·  Lab Execution Server/Client team
·  Local SDMS / ELN Team
·  Local LIMS ((Laboratory Information Management System) team
·  PACE Development Team (A global Program that standardized business processes and systems)

Profil

Profile:

·  Natural science background (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, microbiology).
·  Around 3 years of experience in laboratory work.
·  Experience in IT Programming, especially VBA/SQL scripting is a strong benefit.
·  Fluency in English (reading/speaking/writing) is required and German proficiency is a plus.
·  SAP, LIMS, general SDMS and/or ELN experiences are benefits.
