With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for an

 

EMC and Electrical Test Engineer

 

The resource will be responsible of develop EMC – ESD - RF electrical tests included in the validation plans of the products (electronic systems in automotive sector). He also evaluate the automotive regulations and the specifications of the car makers related to the tests of competence.

During the development phase of the project, the resource has to guarantee the support in the drafting of the electrical test requirements (EMC-ESD-RF) of the product. During the Validation Design phase, the resource has to contribute to the definition of the validation requirements and methods and to the definition of the set-up for the tests of competence; he also has to perform EMC-ESD-RF electrical tests as foreseen in the test plan. The resource has to participate in the identification and verification of any corrective actions on the product in case of problems found during the validation tests and has to report the methods, procedures and results of the tests carried out on the validation test report.

Profile

The ideal candidate have an Engineering Degree and at least 5 years of experience in laboratory tests on electronic control units, especially in the electrical and Electromagnetic Compatibility fields. Previous experiences in the automotive sector are preferential. Geographical mobility is required at national and international level. Knowledge of the English language is required.

 

Requirements 

 

The candidate presents the following characteristics:

·  Good Knowledge and use of the main laboratory instrumentation for EMC-ESD-RF tests
·  Good Knowledge of HW basic analog and digital electronic circuits
·  Knowledge of the main SW of office automation
·  Clear and essential reporting capacity, with analysis and summary of results
