Poste and missions:
In a multicultural project for the Railway Sector in Belgium , you will work in an agile environment with enthusiastic colleagues, to develop an automation process application that manages the design and ensure the ETCS critical system in the railway infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the design and development of critical applications developed in Java
- You participate in the different phases of the development lifecycle (architecture, design, implementation, testing and validation)
- You ensure that the design is in line with the specifications of the client.
The applications use a modern technology stack with Java 8, Swing, Netbeans 8.2 platform, JavaFx, MySQL, SVN, GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, Apache POI, XML, XSD, PMD, FindBugs, JAXB, JPA 2.0, EclipseLink, Junit, Mockito.
Profil:
Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering
You have a passion for object oriented development.
You have a relevant experience in development using JAVA platforms and you are proficient in object oriented programming.
You have an excellent knowledge of English, a good level of French or Dutch is an asset.
You are a team player and you work in an Agile-inspired Way of Working.
Knowledge or previous experience in Railway sector is not required. AKKA takes the responsibility for the ETCS training.
