Working in a small team on exciting new opportunities and established projects you will be involved in all aspects of IVV&T throughout the project and engineering lifecycle.  Working directly in a project or bid team you will use your leadership and engineering skills to contribute to the overall assurance.  You will work directly with both external and internal customers and stakeholders to ensure customer acceptance of world class military SATCOM solutions to the armed forces across the world.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

· 
Lead, co-ordinate and manage all aspects of IVV&T activities conducted in the Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) and on customer site.

· 
Produce and maintain IVV&T strategy and produce associated documentation such as System Integration Plan (SINTP), System Verification & Validation Plan Acceptance Test Plans and procedures and test reports.

· 
Lead Test reviews (TRRs, TRBs)

· 
Ensuring suppliers contribution to verification and validation is defined and evidence captured at FATs & SATs.

ABOUT YOU

· 
You will have experience of successfully managing assurance program activities with multiple suppliers across multiple sites, ideally for a military customer.

· 
Good understanding of Systems Engineering lifecycles, interactions with AGILE delivery methodologies.

· 
Experience of large scale communications ideally (but not necessarily) within a Satellite communication and military context
