As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for a student (m/f) who like to work on HR regulations and funding for employment and learning who will be joining us at Airbus site in Blagnac Wings Campus site .

This internship is to be filled from March, 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department « People Development policies » which includes the activity of HR Regulations and funding aiming at assessing law impact on learning and employment processes as well as optimizing the capture of national and European funding.

The intern will provide assistance and support in monitoring the necessary requests, replies and actions, in proactively preparing relevant legal information for internal and external meetings and/ or events scheduled in close liaison with Country specialists with the objective to ease the daily work of the team and enable to anticipate upcoming needs and priorities.
He/she will support as well identification of new funding opportunities including innovative digital projects

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will support the activity of funding and regulations by:

·  Capturing updated information on law evolution transnationally;
·  Preparing detailed analysis and short summaries of legal documentation to come to essentials
·  Drafting memos and proposals for HU approval
·  Driving specific projects on funding or regulation
·  Exploring and identifying calls within EU Commission fitting our digital projects
·  Interface with country specialists and other HUP members + other areas inside or outside HU for follow-up purposes
·  Preparing necessary information for internal and external meetings
·  Ensuring that information and data are received on time and quality before participating in the meeting or event
·  Coordinating and/or consolidating presentations, files or speeches, as necessary.
·  Support the drumbeat and follow up of the roadmap
·  Following up monthly reporting

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4, gap year, Bac+5, in Human Resources- Labour Law (Droit Social) and you have the following competences:

- Labour Law skills

- Project management knowledge

- Presentation abilities

- Financial skills appreciated / abilities to make reportings

- Good command of IT and presentation tools on dynamic supports

- English:  advanced

- French:  advanced

- Team player 

- Open minded and flexible

- Autonomous, rigorous and organized

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
