• Effectuer les vols d’instruction au profit des différents stagiaires de l’ATO et/ou de la société ;
• Construire et dispenser les cours théoriques au profit des stagiaires pilotes de l’Approved Training Organisation (ATO) et/ou de la société, conformément aux procédures et à la réglementation en vigueur ;
• Suppléer, le cas échéant, les pilotes/planificateurs de la société pour les vols dédiés au bureau opérations.

Taches et missions

1. Préparer, effectuer et suivre les différents vols d’instruction incombant à l’ATO et/ou à la Société.
2. Dispenser les cours sur simulateur et sur avion ;
3. Encadrer les stagiaires pendant la totalité de leur formation ;
4. Développer une méthode pédagogique en fonction de son auditoire ;
5. Concevoir les supports de formation ;
6. Rédiger les cours théoriques et en assurer la dispense au profil des différents stagiaires pilotes, dans le respect de la réglementation

Job description

• To carry out instructional flights for the benefit of the various trainees of the ATO and/or the company ;
• To design and deliver training for the benefit of Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and/or company pilot trainees, in accordance with the procedures and regulations in force ;
• To carry out ferry flight to the operations office.

Tasks and missions

1. Prepare, carry out and follow the various instructional flights required by the ATO and/or the Company ;
2. Provide flight training on the aircraft and on the simulator ;
3. Supervise the trainees throughout their training ;
4. Develop a teaching method according to the audience ;
5. Designing training materials;
6. To draw up theory courses and deliver them to the various pilot trainees, in compliance with the regulations

Profil recherché

Profil et qualité

• Qualifications minimales : Commercial Pilot License (CPL+IR), Flight Instructor (FI) non restreint
• Qualifications FI-extension IR et/ou ME, IRI et/ou CRI sont un plus
• Expérience dans l'enseignement et la pédagogie
• Bilingue anglais ou natif : minimum FCL 055 niveau 5 et/ou TOEIC 800 minimum. Toute l'instruction est réalisée en anglais.
• Bon niveau de français : minimum FCL 055 niveau 4. Un bon niveau est nécessaire pour comprendre certaines informations en vol qui peuvent être données en français par les autres pilotes ou tours de contrôle.

• Salaire de base annuel brut : 39 820€ à 61 649€
• 13ème mois de salaire (non inclus dans la fourchette de salaire communiquée plus haut) ;
• Part variable sur objectifs : 2.66% du salaire de base annuel si 100% des objectifs atteints (non inclus dans la fourchette de salaire communiquée plus haut) ;

Profile and quality

• At least : Commercial Pilot License (CPL+IR), Flight Instructor (FI) with no restriction
• FI-IR extension and/or ME, IRI and/or CRI qualifications would be appreciated
• Experience in teaching
• English fluent : FCL 055 Level 5 expected and/or TOEIC 800 at least. All instruction is in English.
• French fluent : FCL 055 Level 4 expected. Good level in French is required to understand in-flight information that may be given in French by local pilots or control towers.
