Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the Senior Legal Counsel in all relevant Legal IT issues with a clear focus on deal management and contract support for the Global IT and Digital IT Business Unit. Support in ensuring the team is an effective extension of Global Legal to ensure a consistent and high standard of of all Global Legal & Compliance standards and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft, review, align and maintain complex IT agreements and templates
· Support the Global IT, Digital IT and the IT Procurement unit in contract negotiations
· Conduct trainings with regard to IT law to enhance Compliance and enable early risk identification
· Effectively manage and supervise the delivery of legal advice and services through external counsel where needed
· Actively participate and support the implementation of initiatives and identify improvement potential to ensure efficient Legal & Compliance processes in close alignment with the wider Global Legal team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be fluent in German & English
· Ability to explain complex legal context in English and German
· Sound understanding of technologies with a passion for latest technologies
· Strong Prioritization skills
· Good MS-Office skills
· International mindset through previous work experience

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· German law degree as a fully qualified lawyer(Volljurist) specialized in IT-Law
· 4+ years experience in a law firm or as corporate counsel in IT contract law, IT law, contract drafting, contract negotiation and business counselling
· Preferably experience with multinational companies with multi market teams.
