Responsibilities
- Monitoring on going on-road activates, on web based portal (web browser integrated) and identify risks based on provided thresholds - %, traffic light indicators etc.
- Identify solution to risk based on provided SOP which might include looking at web portal for solution options based on rules or even simple visual considerations
- Communicate the solution based on SOP to identified candidate via phone calls
- Generate hourly/daily reports using basic excel functionality (will include say be copy/paste, add or create rows etc – basic skills, or push button executable macro) or using simple web interface
- Will be shift based work with AM/PM daily and front/back end weekly shifts.
