You will be supporting internal colleagues with a wide range of IT related issues and requests, a technical background is not essential but a familiarity with basic IT is desirable.
The role will be dealing with simple password resets through to taking full control of a colleague's PC remotely to resolve their IT issues.
You will be taking inbound calls from internal colleagues and using a system called Live chat, which is an instant messaging service.
Full training will be given on all aspects of the role, initial and ongoing.
You will be working to agreed service levels and tight deadlines to make sure the queries are resolved in a timely manner.
This working environment is lively, busy and fast paced, so reliability is a must.
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written) essential
Have a genuine interest in working in the IT sector
Technical knowledge desirable, however a familiarity with basic IT is sufficient
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
Reliability is key
Working hours:
Monday - Friday
35 hours per week
Working between 7am - 6.00pm (on a rota basis)
