We are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Operative at our expanding and dynamic client in Reading!

**Must have a valid Counterbalance licence**

The role?

Trade Counter Operative

The salary?

£10 per hour

**This is a temporary position**

You will ideally be confident over the phone and when speaking with internal and external customers face to face.

Daily duties include but not limited to:

·  Manage customer enquires either in store or via email/phone

·  Ensuring the depot is well maintained

·  Driving counterbalance to help load customer orders

·  Loading/unloading deliveries of stock

·  Picking and packing customer orders

·  Inputting customers orders onto the system

The ideal candidate will have:

·  Valid counterbalance licence

·  Previous experience within a warehouse

·  Computer literate - especially Microsoft

·  Strong team player

·  Excellent customer service skills

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
