TMO MONITORING & LIAISON OFFICER

EALING

MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM

3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT (Possibility to be extended)

£19.58 HOURLY RATE

ASAP START

MAIN DUTIES:

·  To regulate Tenant Management Organisations in the borough ensuring they provide a high-quality management service to tenants and residents in line with the Management agreement.

·  To act as the first point of responsibility for the Modular Management Agreements set up between organisations.

·  To build effective working relationships and be the nominated Liaison Officer for all the TMOs within the borough.

·  To provide advice and guidance to residents who wish to exert their right to manage.

·  To organise and facilitate regular review meetings with the TMO.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

·  Experience of Tenancy Management

·  3 years minimum of working in a Social Housing environment

·  Excellent communication skills
